TRUE LIFE TRAINING INC. TRANSFER / CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
Live events purchased from the website will be delivered in the time and place listed on the website. All payments for the event must be paid prior to the event taking place. All Prices in in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Should you need to cancel or transfer, our agreement reflects the fact that we incur most of the expenses of your course before you arrive. If for any reason you cannot attend the course, you may re-assign your attendance to someone else. True Life Training Inc will require advance written notification of any changes in the attendee’s name and contact information.
All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing to billing@TrueLifeTraining.com Cancellation will be considered official from the date written confirmation is received by True Life Training.
Our program Transfer/Cancellation Agreement is as follows:
GENERAL COURSES including True Life Mastery, Breakthrough Mastery, and the Xtreme Action Xcelerator and all other full day and all other paid events.

Guest speaker events have a no-refund policy. You can however sell/transfer your ticket to someone else and inform us of the change by calling 1-888-878-6398 ext# 2 for registration.
All live events have a satisfaction guarantee. If you come to a live event, participate fully and commit to your learning, and after the entire event you feel that you got no value from it and can look Joshua Hayward in the eye and tell him so, you will receive 100% of your money back from the tuition to the course.
Audio and video products purchased online will be sent via a digital download immediately after purchase. These products are non-refundable.
TRUE LIFE MASTERY
When investing in the DVD/CD package to get a free ticket to True Life Mastery you are purchasing products which are a final sale and non-refundable and you are receiving a complimentary ticket to True Life Mastery as a bonus. The seat is valuable and that there are limited seats available to each event. You are able to withdraw you registration or change your course date up to ten days prior to the commencement of the seminar without charge by notifying True Life Training Inc in writing sent to Registration@TrueLifeTraining.com or faxed to 866-738-9765. After this cut-off date, if you do not show up for the seminar or if you do not complete the seminar for any reason, True Life Training will process you credit card, or deposit your check, cash or money order in the amount of $200. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Also, True Life Training Inc. does not guarantee event dates and they are subject to change due to logistical factors and attendance rates.
OTHER COURSES AND COACHING PROGRAMS
True Life Training Inc. sells event tickets/seminars/coaching and does not guarantee event/seminar/coaching dates. All event/seminar/coaching dates are subject to change due to logistical factors and attendance rates. Due to administrative costs, salaries, coordination activities, materials printed, materials acquisitions, hotel contracts, facilities costs and all other business expenses incurred for a public event or coaching program, all event tickets/seminars/coaching program fees are non-refundable after 7 days from execution. Within 7 days of purchase all refund requests must be made in writing and sent to billing@truelifetraining.com or faxed to 866-738-9765. After the 7 day period no refunds will be issued. If you attend the event/seminar/coaching within 7 days no refund will be issued. Not attending the event/seminar/coaching does not constitute grounds for a refund and none will be issued. All event/seminar/coaching programs can be transferred to another date or another person for a $200.00 fee per transfer.
